In all cases, Veracity consultants collect, review, and analyze
information in order to make recommendations to business
leaders.
Veracity
consultants first listen, understand your business, your
goals, and the obstacles you face. We then define the nature and extent of the
problem or issue. During this phase, relevant data to
the project is analyzed which may include
financial statements, employment records,
expenditures, etc—and interview managers and employees while
observing their operations. We then develop
solutions to the problem. While preparing our
recommendations, we take into account the nature of your
organization, the relationship it has with others in the
industry, and its internal organization and culture.
Once we have devised a course of action,
we report our findings and recommendations to
you, the client. These suggestions usually are submitted in
writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also
are common. Depending on the project and course of
action Veracity is often retained to help implement the suggestions
we have
made.
